Joy

Joy has been involved with dance her whole life. First being in the studio during her big sister's classes, then dancing herself starting at age two. Joy began competing with a team at age six, and continues to compete and perform today. She had the opportunity to perform as a ground dancer with Blue Lapis Light in “Belonging part one “ at age eleven. Joy has studied many styles of dance including, Ballet, Point, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, Acro, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Aerial silks, and Trapeze. Joy enjoys choreographing her own solos and for other dancers. She is excited to be a part of Velocity, Commercial Company, to be a Kick Lab member and captain, to be on BLPA. Joy is looking forward to her second year as a Body Lab intern!
